Another new piece

I Just Finished this piece and listed it on my Etsy site.

It's 9"x8"
I started by making the framework of linoleum as well as a base of wood.
And then adding all of the base work, such as the bird and lace and brass tacks.
Then I started to add areas of wax, letting them cool and dry...and then scraping the wax down to a smooth and transparent surface.
I added wax to the top and began to scratch texture in using various sculpture tools.
Between layers I added pigments........until it was complete
